Learning Outcomes

Graduates are expected to be able to:

  • understand the factors affecting the environment of Radio and TV work in national and international contexts.
  • understand all the elements of Radio and TV work starting from program preparing, photography, montage, directing to producing Radio and TV programs according to the standard requirements,
  • practice journalistic work in the print media,
  • edit, direct and produce innovatively a print or electronic media newspaper,
  • understand the nature of the public relations work, goals, functions, its professional basics and factors affecting its development,
  • understand the nature of the advertising work, its various areas, and the factors governing it,
  • acquire the needed skills to work in various areas of public relations and advertising and how to use the media in managing crises locally, internationally and organizationally, 
  • analyze patterns of human behavior and their interaction with nature,
  • analyze  social problems and phenomena and suggest solutions,
  • enable students to write research papers in sociology and social care,
  • use modern technologies in practicing social work,
